Computer Concepts was founded in 2003 offering custom built computers to home users. Very quickly it became clear that people wanted more than just a new computer. Our customers were asking for help with problems and wanted someone to teach them how to use the rapidly changing technology that existed at their fingertips.
With over 20 years of experience and two store locations in Williamsburg and Yorktown, Computer Concepts now offers more than just custom-built computers. Our stores are fully outfitted with state-of-the-art repair facilities capable of supporting the highest level of repairs on laptops and desktop PCs as well as all things Apple. But we don’t stop there, we also have the tools to fix many gaming consoles.

Our Owners/Managers
Alan Healy
Yorktown Store Manager
Alan established Computer Concepts’ with his Dad, Hank Healy, in 2003. He is currently a co-owner, lead technician and manager of the Yorktown store.
He started his computer career as a teenager working with his father and building his own computer. Alan continued to be interested in computers and wanted to learn as much possible by attending and graduating from a tech school in computer repair.
Alan is a fully certified Apple and Windows repair technician.
Ryan Craig
Williamsburg Store Manager
Ryan developed skills repairing game consoles while attending William and Mary, graduating with a political science degree. However, he found his passions was more in the technology field.
Starting as a part-time tech with Computer Concepts, Ryan is now a stakeholder in the company and the general manager of our Williamsburg location.
Ryan is an Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Mac Technician, and Apple Certified iOS Technician.
Jeremy Rosa
Financial Operations Manager
Jeremy became a co-owner of Computer Concepts in 2012 bringing an extensive background in business development and customer service experience. He also has a strong technical background and a passion for building and repairing computers.
Jeremy has also earned his Apple and Windows software and hardware certifications.
