- Walk in to our Williamsburg or Yorktown store during business hours.
- We diagnose it and give you a quote before any work starts. A $45 diagnostic fee applies to repairs involving internal boards and components.
- We repair it in-house with genuine Apple parts, the same day in most cases, and call you when it's ready.
- The hard cases go to Apple. If a repair needs Apple's own facilities, such as some logic board failures or warranty claims, we send it to Apple through our authorized service and handle the paperwork for you.

We'll check your coverage first. Covered repairs go through Apple so you get the full benefit of your warranty or AppleCare plan.
Is my iPhone worth repairing?
Usually, yes. A new screen or battery costs far less than a new phone. If a repair doesn't make sense, we'll tell you honestly and can show you options from our Apple Products Catalog or refurbished devices.

Before You Bring It In
- Back up your device to iCloud or your computer.
- Know your passcode and Apple ID password.
- Turn off Find My if the repair is going to Apple or is a warranty repair. Apple requires it.
