Computer Concepts will be implementing a "Time With A Tech" service in all its stores in the near future. This service will allow you to meet with one our technicians to get your computer questions and technical problems answered or solved. This will be a one-on-one session. Yorktown has implemented this new service. The other stores will implement at later dates.

Time With A Tech is available in 15 minute Increments. Each increment or portion thereof costs $25; however, the minimum charge for one of these sessions is $50. VCC Card holder may use a card credit.
