Hank Healy

Senior Owner

Hank recognized that computers were the thing of the future and started his computer career by taking every computer class available in college. He continued to work with computers while a communications officer for over twenty in the US Army. He then spent over twenty years as a government contractor as a computer system architect. He assisted in designing many of the military command and control systems. Hank has been the Major owner of Computer Concepts since 2004.

Alan Healy

Alan started his computer career as a young teenager when he sat with his father and assisted him in building his own computer. Alan continued to be interested in computers and wanted to learn as much possible about computers. Alan graduated from a Tech school in computer repair. He has been with Computer Concepts since its start. Alan is a fully certified Apple and Windows Technician. He is Computer Concepts’ Lead Technician and Manager of the Yorktown Store.

Brent Tesh

Technican Yorktown

Brent started taking things apart when he was 6 years old, starting with his parent’s vacuum cleaner. When he was 12 his parents got their first computer, he was hooked. Fast forward 3 years and he had built his first computer out of old parts. Today Brent is a Senior Service Technician with Computer Concepts. Brent is a Certified Apple and PC Technician. He is an Apple Certified Apple Technician.

Jeremy Rosa

Manager Chesapeake

With an extensive background in business development and customer service combined with, a strong technical background and a passion for building and repairing computers, Jeremy became a co-owner of Computer Concepts in 2012. Since then, he has earned his Apple and Windows software and hardware certifications Jeremy is now managing Computer Concepts in Chesapeake, which opened in 2016.

Ryan Craig

While attending the College of William and Mary Ryan was able to develop skills by repairing game consoles for his peers.  Ryan graduated from the College of William and Mary with a political science degree. However he found that his passions was leading him towards the technology field.  He started with Computer Concepts as a part time tech and broadened his technical knowledge base. Ryan is now the general manager of the Williamsburg location.  Ryan is an Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Mac Technician, and Apple Certified iOS Technician.

Ryan had been interested in computers and how they worked since fifth grade. Ryan pursued the internship program with Computer Concepts to further his knowledge of computers.  After his internship, Ryan worked for several computer repair companies that would further his knowledge. While working for these repair centers, he continued to expand his computer diagnostic capabilities. Ryan returned to work for Computer Concepts as a technician. Ryan is currently pursuing additional certifications allowing him to work on both Apple and Windows computers.

Brent Criswell

Technician
Williamsburg, Yorktown

Brent has been a PC enthusiast for years. He has worked as a Residential technician over 7 years. He joined Computer Concepts and is a Windows repair tech / Onsite Residential Technician for both the Williamsburg and Yorktown stores. He will take every measure possible to resolve any problem fast and efficiently.

Dick Smith

Training Director

Dick has been in computer training since the 1990s. He has been the Training Director and lead instructor for Computer Concepts since 2010. Dick Smith presents both Apple and Windows classes. With over twenty years of training and technical experience, Dick has presented classes for not only new users and advanced users; but also businesses and organizations. Dick instructs over 200 classes and personal one-on-one training sessions a year

Elaine Bartoszewicz

Computer Tech
Yorktown

Elaine started her career with the first Apple dealer on the Peninsula. She continued as an Apple product expert with this company until she retired in 2006. Six months later Elaine returned to her previous employer as a part time employee. In 2012 Computer Concepts bought the company and Elaine agreed to stay on part time as an Apple Product Professional (APP).
