All computer warranties and equipment insurance plans are not the same. Make sure you know what is covered and how your repairs will be accomplished. Not all warranties cover the use of factory parts and installation by certified technicians. For example, Apple Care for Apple products does cover Apple Certified Parts installed by Apple Certified Repair Technicians. All Apple repairs must pass Apple Diagnostics procedures prior to device being returned to the customer. All Computer Concepts Stores have Apple Certified Technicians in each store location.

This is a sad day. For all of its shortcomings, Windows XP seems to be the last OS that Microsoft has created that had the best intentions of the general consumer in mind. Since then, their focus has seemed to be more on sales figures than what the user generally wants from their computer. 7 came close, but didn’t quite hit the mark that XP did.
Mr. Wood, I hope you have been able to gain control of Windows 8 in the months after you received you Windows 8 computer. The newest Windows 8 version is Windows 8.1 with Update 1. It is superior to the original version even though the Start Menu has not returned. If you are still having difficulties, please contact me and I’ll see if I can help put you on the right track.
